Certain works—especially large format and collector pieces are released in strictly limited editions. Once sold out, they are not revisited.

All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of the works, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing and shipping. Collector and custom made works may require additional time, as each piece is individually produced and hand-finished upon acquisition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hours of delivery at perlasocietyinfo@gmail.com and include photos of the damage and packaging.
Alma de Perla/Perla Society/Kim de Perla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
